吉安村是下都镇中部的行政村，博雅地名网称其为少数民族村，也是下都集镇所在的村。[1][2]

村名取自境内「吉龙桥」与「长安桥」各一字。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代属来苏里，民国时属龙文乡吉安保。解放后吉安村设农会分会，归来苏区管辖。1952年，本村与象栏、佛坑合设吉安乡；1954年又并入三坊，仍用吉安乡之名。1956年改为吉安农业高级社。[2]

1958年公社化时与中都合并，划为东风公社吉安大队；1959年新寨并入，改属中都公社吉安大队。1961年划归中都工委下都公社，1965年随四社并为中都公社，吉安大队仍然保留。1968年设革领组，1980年改为管委会。[2]

1984年为中都乡吉安村民委员会。1986年随下都从中都乡析出，成为下都乡吉安村民委员会；2015年改乡为镇后改为下都镇吉安村民委员会。[2]

村辖营上、青草坪、奖坊、八里、曾坑、八岭六个自然村，共22个村民小组，村委会驻地在营上。[2]

经济[edit]

村民收入主要依靠外出务工和种养业。种植的作物有水稻、烤烟，并饲养生猪，另有沙田柚、蜜柚、杭梅等水果。沙田柚是下都沙田柚的主产区之一。[1]

文化[edit]

2020年12月，村庄入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」名单。龙岩市农业农村局于2021年10月认定本村为「龙岩市2021年市级一村一品专业村」（沙田柚）；福建省爱卫办于2021年11月命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

福建省农业农村厅于2022年12月，将吉安村定为「2022年度福建省一村一品专业村」（沙田柚）；2024年1月，村庄获评「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
