和睦村是下都镇下辖的行政村，位于下都镇西南部，四面环山，距镇中心约10公里。[1][2]

村庄原称禾石迳，因开垦种禾时多砂石，又居于坑内而得名；1986年成立村民委员会时改称和睦，取和睦团结之意。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代属来苏里，民国时属龙文乡禾寨保。解放初设禾石迳村农会分会，归第十二区管辖。1952年并入砂睦乡，1956年改设高级社。1958年公社化后，本村成为东风公社砂睦大队所辖的禾石迳生产队。[3]

1959年后先后归中都公社、中都工委下都公社管辖。1984年为中都乡砂睦村所辖的一部分。1986年，本村自砂睦划出，随下都从中都乡分出，改为下都乡和睦村民委员会；2015年改乡为镇后，改称下都镇和睦村民委员会。[3]

村内只有禾石迳一个自然村，分为3个村民小组，村委会驻地也在禾石迳。[3]

地理环境[edit]

村庄与广东松源镇、永定洪山乡毗邻。四面环山，一条小溪穿过村中，溪水清澈，小鱼繁多。[2]

人口民族[edit]

2012年底，全村有98户、413人，村民全部住在禾石迳一个自然村。外出务工的人口占全村总人口的三分之一多。[2]

经济[edit]

村民以种养为主，种植烤烟、水稻和果树，养殖以规模化、生态化的生猪养殖为主。山林是村民生活的重要依托。[2]

文化[edit]

福建省爱国卫生运动委员会于2022年12月，把「2022年福建省卫生村」的称号授予和睦村。2023年1月和2024年1月，村庄先后获评「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」和「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
