上罗村位于湖洋镇西南部，海拔在580米至1156米之间，村内山地居多。村名的来历是：此地原有一排排梯田，形状像谷箩，地势较高，故名。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时设上罗保。解放初成为上罗村，归信和区（第十一区）管辖；1951年设上罗乡，1956年组建上罗高级社。[2][4]

1958年公社化后改为湖洋公社上罗大队，1968年成立革领组，1980年设管委会大队，1984年改为湖洋乡上罗村民委员会，2013年改属湖洋镇。[2][4]

村辖九个自然村，共11个村民小组，村委会驻地在上罗段。[2]

概况[edit]

全村面积约12640亩，其中山林约12000亩，耕田460亩，宅基地约200亩。总人口733人，213户，党员26人，村两委5人（统计年份未注明）。[1]

村民约95％已迁往县城南岗、临城镇境内及湖洋集市等地，目前仅20户约40人仍住在村中。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办授予上罗村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]

2024年1月，上罗村获「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」称号。[1]
