赖屋村是童坊镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的西部，距县城35公里，距集镇约6公里。村名取自最早在此开基的赖姓，称作赖屋。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前此地归童坊区童坊乡管辖。公社化时并入童坊公社的童坊大队；1961年另设先峰大队，1965年改称先丰大队。1976年以赖屋之名称大队，1984年设赖屋村委会。[1]

人口与地理[edit]

村内有14个村民小组、16个自然村，432户，总人口1973人（据博雅地名网，年份未注）。村地处山区，海拔在400米以上，耕地2003亩，森林面积20009亩。[2]

经济[edit]

村民以种植水稻、烤烟为主，兼有少量畜牧养殖。耕地大多分布在山坡上，缺少灌溉水源，许多劳力外出务工。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，赖屋村被命名为「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。[1]
