大同镇位于长汀县城郊，东面与新桥镇相接，南面连着策武镇，西面与古城镇相依，北面和铁长乡接壤。镇名取“天下大同”之意。[1][2]

镇内的朝斗岩和红军福建军区机关旧址都与1932年的福建革命活动有关，朝斗岩也是汀州八景之一“朝斗烟霞”所在的山岩。[1][3][4]

历史沿革[edit]

20世纪30年代前期，苏维埃时期的福建军事机关曾驻于镇境内。1932年，红军福建军区于师福村的一处私宅设立司令部。[2][3]

1949年冬，长汀县军事代表团进驻大同并设立工作团；次年春成立大同公所，后改称第二区。[3]

1958年设红旗人民公社，1965年改称附城公社。1984年10月撤社改设大同乡，1993年1月撤乡设镇。[3]

地理环境[edit]

镇内的莲花水库、上水寨水库和正方水库，供给镇区、县城、开发区及策武镇的生产生活用水，也是县域的生态屏障；郑坊河、荣丰河和七里河则注入汀江。[1]

人口与民族[edit]

据县政府网站2025年7月发布的《大同镇简介》，镇内户籍人口约6.6万，常住人口超过10万。居民以汉族为主，讲客家话。[1][3]

经济[edit]

省级腾飞经济开发区在镇内，东南农贸市场和汀州物流园也位于辖区之内。[1]

文化[edit]

2020年9月，大同镇入选阿里研究院公布的2020年淘宝镇名单，此后又在2021年和2022年两次上榜。[2]

2023年1月和2024年1月，大同镇先后被确定为2022年度、2023年度龙岩市「平安乡镇（街道）」。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

朝斗岩在县城南面约1.5公里的南屏山麓，岩上的大雄宝殿是1932年2月中共福建临时省委召开反对第四次“围剿”紧急会议的地点。[4][2]

红军福建军区机关旧址为赖姓私宅，土木结构，占地744平方米。红军福建军区司令部设于此，司令员为罗炳辉，政治委员为谭震林。[2][3]
