上和村位于培丰镇东北部，与新罗区东肖镇为邻，共有10个村民小组。[1]

村名由来：村子位在田地的上方，故称上村，原名上节。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期此地隶属上丰乡（龙潭一带）的一个保。1949年改归抚市区，1952年民主建政后设乡，此后改名田地乡。[1]

1958年撤区后，并入龙潭乡，成为田地管理区的一部分。1961年，此地分出，设立田地公社下的上和大队，归坎市工委统辖；1963年随公社合并，改属坎市公社。[1]

1984年属坎市镇，村委会更名为上和村委会；1993年培丰设镇后，改由培丰镇统辖。[1]

2021年1月，村庄获授「2020年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」称号。2023年1月获授「2022年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」，2024年1月又获授「2023年度龙岩市平安村居（社区）」。2025年7月，上和村被确认为「龙岩市永定区2025年区级一村一品专业村」（花生）。[1]
