樟坑村是白沙镇的一个行政村，地处白沙水库风景区内。村名因四周历史上樟树较多而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代属宁洋县集贤里一带。民国时期为宁洋县罗溪乡樟坑村，1950年仍属宁洋县第三区。1995年12月起设白沙镇樟坑村委会。[1]

2006年，为建设白沙水库，樟坑一、二组村民四百多人迁至白沙溪西温泉安置点，村部也在安置点另建。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，本村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
