下寮村是曹溪街道下辖的行政村，地处城郊，国道319线与龙岩大道穿村南北而过。村名来自古时在此搭建的一处农寮。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期此地归曹溪乡与曹莲乡管辖。解放后随行政区划变动，村子几次与邻近大队合并或分设，1984年设村委会，1989年隶属曹溪镇，2013年改属曹溪街道。[1]

经济[edit]

国道319线穿村的一段发展为商贸集中的街段，村内第三产业较为发达，农副产品与建材等专业市场聚集于此。[2]
