大岭村位于邵武市西南山区，在桂林乡辖区中部，乡政府在其6公里外，福银高速则相距10公里。东面与桂林村相连，西与余山村接界，南与横坑村接壤，北与下岚村相通。村部距市区72公里。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

清代这里属邵武县儒林乡的四十一都，地名为金岭坊；民国时改设儒林乡大岭村公所。解放初为肖家坊公社下大横乡的驻地，1961年组建桂林公社的大岭大队，1984年转为村委会，村名沿用至今。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村庄地势较高，海拔820米；附近最高峰福云庵海拔1038米，村域最低点交溪海拔480米。[2]

村中用水多来自山泉。村前汇成一条水沟，向东流往交溪，全长4公里。[2]

经济[edit]

耕地894.78亩，全部为水田，粮食作物以水稻为主。林地10232亩，其中毛竹林5500亩。主要经济来源为竹笋，另有天然茶叶与药材。[2]

姓氏宗族[edit]

村民多为黄峭后裔，占全村的96%（2011年）。[2]

文化[edit]

傩舞俗称「跳番僧」，每年农历正月十五和十月十五庙会时表演，被市里定为邵武市第一批保护文化遗产。[2]

村中有道教圣地「赤子嵊」；清代黄心碗的墓也在村中。观音堂（佛寺）在文革期间遭毁坏，80年代由村民自发重建。[2]
