大竹镇是福建省南平市邵武市下辖的镇，位于市境中部，富屯溪在其中游流经镇域。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

大竹镇的名字来自一片竹林。据博雅地名网所载，早年此处有一片竹林，竹子粗壮茂盛，地方因此得名。[3]

1990年，邵武市辖19个乡（镇）、街道，大竹乡为其中之一。2000年6月，撤销大竹乡，设立大竹镇，辖区和政府驻地不变。[1]

2014年6月，环境保护部授予大竹镇「2012—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。2020年12月，大竹镇被福建省爱卫办列为「福建省卫生乡镇」。[3]

大竹镇位于邵武市中部，富屯溪中游一段流经镇域，河道可以通航。[3]

《2025年邵武统计年鉴》所列2024年户籍统计，大竹镇共有2401户、8804人。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

《2025年邵武统计年鉴》列出的国家3A级旅游景区中，有「邵武樱花·虹旅游景区」一处位于大竹镇境内。景区依托樱花种植，沿线的重点在大竹村和洋坑村一带。[2][4]
