高源村位于光泽县城西南部，距县城约5公里，隶属鸾凤镇，是从崇瑞村分出来的行政村。[1]

村子东面与武林村相连，南面与双门村毗邻，西面和崇瑞村相接，北面与崇仁乡严婆桥相连。土地面积13.2平方公里。[1]

高源村原属鸾凤乡崇瑞村，早先叫「七里庙」大队，后来从崇瑞村分离出来，改称高源村。[1]
