洋坑村是延平区王台镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域西南部，距集镇约8.6公里，以果业、现代农业和畜牧业为主导产业。村名的来历：村委会驻地为洋坑。博雅地名网记载，1980年因与夏道镇洋坑村同名，此村一度改称下洋坑村。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

1657年（清顺治十四年）此地属太平里。1941年归溪后乡，称罗坍保；1946至1949年属台溪镇，称下洋保；1950至1957年属王台镇，设洋坑乡；1958年称洋坑大队；1984年改为村委会，归王台乡；1991年随王台改镇。[1]

经济[edit]

2008年，村里投资建设沼气集中供气系统，解决了畜牧场污水处理和村民燃料问题，当年被评为延平区沼气建设先进单位。此后村里大力发展柑桔种植，并推进沼气、沼液的综合利用。[2]

文化[edit]

2024年1月，洋坑村获「2023年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
