宝山村位于沙建镇，旧称至文圃，此前隶属于漳州府龙溪县。村名取自宝斗与美山两处地名各一字，合并而成。[1]

2024年1月，宝山村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1943年此地归坪治乡，称宝山保，解放后仍沿用上坪乡之名。1958年改为宝山大队，1984年才成为宝山村委会。[1]
