村名合取凤湖自然村的「凤」字和大峰山一带村名中的「山」字。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1945年，此地为高坑乡片仔保，1950年设片仔乡，隶属第四区。1982年11月单独设凤山大队，1984年改为凤山村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

村里的主要经济作物为平和琯溪蜜柚。[1]
