下岭村是福建省漳州市南靖县船场镇下辖的行政村，位于镇西北部，距镇政府约7公里，全村平均海拔约500米。村中有土楼，并有石灰石矿。[1][2]

地理与人口[edit]

村子东临船场溪，西与西坑村交界，北连高联村与龙水村，南与船场村相邻。据博雅地名网所载，全村有272户、1146人，村内分8个村民组。[2]

地名由来[edit]

村子建在高山顶上，岭高坡陡，村民下田种地、外出赶集都要顺坡而下，故称下岭。[1]

建筑与资源[edit]

村中有土楼，包括五座特大圆土楼与四座方土楼。山地8889亩、园地500亩，耕地946亩。村内有二座小水电站。[2]

村中还有石灰石矿，1961年开始开采。[2]

沿革[edit]

解放前为书教下岭保。解放后划入第七区，设下岭乡。合作化时与高树门一道组成高联高级社。公社化后的1958年，下岭从高联析出，成为耕作区；1961年成为下岭大队，1984年起为村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2003年，村子被南靖县评为「文明村」。[2]

2020年2月，下岭村入选福建省第三批省级传统村落名单；2022年10月，列入第六批中国传统村落。[1]
