后埔村在深桥镇西部，离镇区约8公里，下辖后埔、上园、新起寨、大兰埔四个自然村。村中人口2650人（博雅地名网未注年份），分为12个村民小组。土地1900多亩，其中水田600多亩，林地250多亩，其余多为丘陵，水源不足。[1][2]

产业[edit]

村里果木以龙眼、荔枝、柑桔、李子为主，产品多批发外销，少数龙眼和荔枝被加工成干果。养殖以猪、鹅、牛为主，多为散养。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2022年9月，后埔村被认定为漳州市2022年度市级「一村一品」专业村（龙眼）。2024年6月，后埔村列入「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]

文物古迹[edit]

「宝桥叶万六夫妇墓」属明代墓葬，位于村部南面路边，2016年6月28日列为第十六批县级文物保护单位。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1950年起村地属第二、第五区，与大兰埔、新起寨、上园等合组后埔乡。1959年归西潭公社，1961年改隶深桥区华表公社，设后埔大队。1984年10月改称后埔村，名称沿用至今。[1]
