长兴村是石榴镇下辖的行政村，位于镇北部，离镇区约2公里。村子东面与石古农场接壤，西面和南面是石榴村，北面连着田寮村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

长兴在清雍正十三年由南靖县改隶漳浦，编入车田十五保。民国29年属石榴乡顶福、前房2保；民国33年石榴乡并入象牙乡，前房保并入顶福保，改名景福保。[1]

新中国初期设长兴乡，1956年并入石榴乡；1958年9月设石榴公社长兴大队，即今村的前身。[1]

自然村与姓氏[edit]

全村共14个自然村，自湖坡、补丁、大学起算，依次有车陂、下福、当店、巷头、乌坡园、楼脚、庵前、罗陂下、楼仔角、下大厝与店仔。各社多为张姓聚居。[1]

古迹[edit]

村中有长兴庵，元代所建，后经清代重修，祀佛及其他神像。怀宗楼为清乾隆年间建造的圆土楼。[1]

村内有一棵天然形成的虹形榕，弯如虹桥，在通往石榴村的路旁；树旁立有1985年的本村消灭血吸虫病纪念碑。[1]

民国时期的张太西曾任漳浦县委书记，为烈士。[1]
