先锋村是佛昙镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域东北部，东濒佛昙港湾。村名来自郑成功先锋官杨学皋在家乡设立的先锋营。全村共6个村民小组；自然村为先锋、石蛇尾、鸡母窝。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

此地明代归十七都石门下里，清代为石门下保的一部分。1940年改属佛昙镇先锋保，新中国成立初则归佛昙区的下坑乡。[2]

1958年9月并入下坑大队；1963年9月又分出下坑、先锋两个大队；1984年起按镇建制设为行政村。[2]

人口与姓氏[edit]

户主大都为佛昙杨氏长房的后人。[2]

经济[edit]

耕地847亩；另有滩涂1200亩、虾池八百余亩。村民生计以渔业为主，近海捕捞船逾二百艘。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

屈原公屿在村境东面鸿儒江下游的小峙港湾中。每年端午，佛昙各村社龙舟竞渡，先要上屿祭拜屈原；屿上立有石雕屈原神像，像后有忠烈亭。[2]

芙蓉山上的岩石形如佛头，倒映山下潭中，「佛昙倒影」为佛昙八景之一；山上还有多处石刻。[2]
