山仔村位于漳浦县旧镇镇东北部，北倚灶山，西邻东厝村，南邻寨内村，东面与深土镇示埔村交界。村内有过溪、城仔内、胡厝、大厝、庙后、新厝、欧塘七个自然村，全村315户，1337人。[1][2]

水系与位置[edit]

发源于灶山的碧溪流经村境，汇入浯江下游，由旧镇港出海。省道漳东线穿过村境。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期村属海乌乡的碧树保。解放后，此地先后隶属浯江区寨内乡、旧镇公社寨内大队，后归旧镇镇上蔡村。1987年3月，上蔡村析为上蔡、寨内、山仔三村。[2]

姓氏与开基[edit]

欧塘、庙后、胡厝、过溪、新厝五社合称「山仔」，是郑姓的聚居地。始祖乾香为旧镇郑姓第三代邦户的第三子，明代正统年间为避乱来到东窑堡（即寨内），后在灶山下碧溪之滨开基，后裔繁衍于上述五社，现有二百多户，近千人。[2]

胡厝、欧塘原为胡、欧二姓聚居地。清乾隆年间，上蔡蔡姓迁入两社传衍，人口渐增，胡、欧两姓渐趋式微，蔡姓遂成为两社的主要姓氏。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

垢洗岩是一处天然石洞，洞前明代建有佛寺，清代改为书院，今存残迹与多处摩崖石刻，属县级文物保护单位。据《重新垢洗书院记》，康熙年间乌石进士林琛在旧佛寺遗址上建书院讲学，林琛去世后，其子林光鼎将书院重建。[2]

慎修楼俗称溪边楼，建于清乾隆二十七年，为县文物保护单位。[2]
