西安村位于福建省漳州市云霄县和平乡东部，距县城3公里多，由大西安、小西安、半岭新村及呈安、红安两处移民点组成。村名取“县城西部平安和谐”之意。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

大西安原属世坂乡，1956年划归和平农场，归东方村区管辖。2006年「珍珠台风」过后，半岭行政村全村迁入大西安村安置。2009年，和平乡的半岭村被取消，同年由大西安、小西安、半岭安置点及红安、呈安移民点合并设为西安村。[1]
