地名由来[edit]

村名取自海拔500多米的高山，山顶凹陷处积水成湖，故名湖洋。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1966年以前已设为大队，1966年后改为革命委员会，1979年改为管理委员会，1984年设为村委会。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，本村入选2020年福建省森林村庄名单。[1]
