田边社区是福建省漳州市芗城区石亭街道下辖的社区，位于街道东部，原为田边村。村名原作“田园社”，后改为田边，此名一直沿用到社区。[1][3]

原田边村总面积1.8平方千米，总人口2730人，700多户，以林、郭、马等姓为主，村民主要靠轮胎翻新和香蕉种植维持生计。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

此地旧属龙溪县，解放后归五区石亭乡管辖。1956年，此地与邻近数村组成一个高级社，1958年该社并入星火公社的一个作业区，1960年改归龙海县。1961年回归漳州市，石亭公社下设田边大队。1984年，此地成为石亭乡田边村委会；2020年6月3日起为田边社区居民委员会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内有林氏、郭氏、马氏三座宗祠。见龙庵建于明万历年间开基之际，清乾隆年间重兴，庵内奉伽蓝大王、山西夫子与福德正神。1997年乡亲集资重建，为二进一天井的歇山顶砖木结构，现已列入漳州市文物保护单位。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，社区被命名为「2023年福建省卫生社区」。村子此前获得漳州市先进党支部和先进基层党组织的荣誉。[1][2]
