山前村位于福建省泉州市南安市水头镇西南部，村址在奎峰山南麓，村名由此而来。[1]村内辖山前、荷楼、后邦3个自然村，经济以企业为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村原属南邑四十一都，民国时期归水头联保。解放后划入水头镇；1958年设山前大队，直到1984年才改为山前村委会。[1]

据博雅地名网，村民多为王姓，始迁祖乐圃为王审知的第二十一世孙，迁居此地已有500余年。[1]

经济[edit]

村的经济以企业为主，其中石材产业居首位。奎峰工业区与滨海工业园构成村的主要经济区。[1]
