洋坑村位于美湖镇东南部，与吉岭、洋田、小湖等村毗邻，村中以许姓居民为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名取自村址夹于佛化岐与苦坑崙之间的地形，境内岗峦与沟壑相间。[1]

1935年此地成立洋坑保，先后编入第四区的尊阳乡与双阳乡；1950年以后村地归第五区双阳乡及美湖镇。1955年建洋坑乡，1961年析出建洋坑大队，归美湖公社；1984年改设洋坑村委会，属美湖镇。[1]

人口民族[edit]

村中许姓人家共376户1508人，分居盖德洋、顶洋、祖厝堀等七个自然村落。[1]

地理环境[edit]

全村土地总面积8.71平方千米，其中耕地1012亩，林地25310亩。[1][2]

经济[edit]

村民以种植粮食为主，外出务工的劳动力约占六成。[1]

文化[edit]

清代时村中组织过以太极拳表演为主的狮队，现存花鼓队、大鼓队、车鼓队和南音等民间文娱组织，逢年过节常有表演。[1]

村庄荣誉包括：2017年8月列入「第二批省级传统村落」名录；2019年6月列入「第五批中国传统村落」名录；2020年12月认定为「2020年泉州市中级版绿盈乡村」；2025年3月认定为「2024年度德化县乡村发展工作机制进步村」。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

东山岩在村中，岩内保存清代壁画，岩前有古杉，为清代古建筑，列为县级文物保护单位。[1][4][5]

2012年普查登记的洋坑扬显宫（清代）、洋坑龙源堂（明代）和洋坑拱桥（清代）均为一般不可移动文物。[3]
