凤山村位于德化县西南部、盖德镇西隅，海拔950米，北与上地村相邻，南接永春县锦斗云路村，村域面积8.60平方千米。村辖三安、石牌、南徐3个自然村，旧时亦称徐山后、儒山。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

徐氏先祖从豫章渡江，先居浙江衢州，唐天宝八年（749年）入闽，落脚莆田崇仁里徐州府。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代此地属集贤乡永丰里，清代属在坊里上林社儒山乡。1934年起实行保甲，村先归长一区儒林联保。1952年8月改属第八区三凤乡，1955年设为第八区凤山乡，1961年归盖德公社凤山大队，1984年改称凤山村。村属省、市认定的革命老区。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

德化文峰塔是元代所建的古建筑，列为县级文物保护单位；明代的凤山儒山祠也是县级文物保护单位。[1][2]
