蟠龙村位于德化县东北部，距县城48千米，海拔800米，东邻水口镇的祥光、樟镜村，南接连山村，北隔水口镇久住村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

唐宋元明时期，此地属永宁乡清泰里；清代属清泰里的登龙社；民国时期归瑞上乡蟠龙保。[1]

1950年划归第三区南埕乡；1951年与邻村合建蟠山乡；1952年改属第九区，1956年归水口区，1958年归水口公社，1961年改属许厝公社，1965年归南埕公社。1984年改设蟠龙村民委员会，1991年乡改镇。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域土地面积21.48平方千米，村内下辖的自然村有蟠龙格、山后、太阳、龟洋、白荇和三板洋六处。[2]

村中产石材，有辉长岩、辉绿岩等矿藏，林业与农业是主要产业。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

蟠龙瓷窑岐窑（清代）与蟠龙龙潭桥（清代）均列入「第三次全国文物普查不可移动文物名录」，属一般不可移动文物。[3]
