冷水村是福建省泉州市永春县东平镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的东部，属镇乡结合区。村名来自村中一口水质清凉的水井。村中的永隆宫为县级文物保护单位。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

宋至清代这里属善政乡和平里十五都。1942年起归东平乡管辖；新中国成立后，这里先后隶属第六区、第九区和东平区。1957年并入东平人民公社，1984年又归东平乡。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

永隆宫为明代古建筑，属县级文物保护单位。[3]

著名人物[edit]

李文墨字西园，冷水村人，在冷水小学毕业后入省立第四师范学校（在莆田）学习。1930年5月11日，他在永春县就义。[1][4]
