蓝田乡是福建省泉州市安溪县的一个乡，地处县境中部偏西，属丘陵山地，位于戴云山东南坡一带，全乡总面积99.77平方千米[1]。这片土地宋代已有开发，早先的名称“林田”因谐音而写作“蓝田”[1]。2025年1月撤乡设镇，改称蓝田镇[1][4]。

历史沿革[edit]

宋代这里属金田乡还集里，明清时归还一里管辖。民国时期先后划入长卿区及若干区、乡，1945年10月改称蓝田乡[1]。新中国成立后辖区几经改属，1981年11月从长卿公社分出另设蓝田公社，1984年4月改为乡建制[1][2]。2025年1月撤乡设镇，改称蓝田镇[1][4]。

“林田”之名因闽南方言里“林”与“篮”读音相近而来，“篮”又与“蓝”字形相似，于是雅化写作蓝田[1][2]。

地理环境[edit]

乡境群山环绕，属戴云山支脉的延伸段，地势自西北向东南倾斜。境内最高峰朝天山海拔1368米，次峰国公山海拔1045米[1][2]。朝天山设有省级森林公园，山间林木以常绿阔叶林和常绿针叶林为主[2]。乡域的水文景观有九礤溪、九礤瀑布和蓝田水库[2]。气候属亚热带海洋性季风气候[3]。

人口民族[edit]

2011年末全乡总人口2.93万人，其中男性15070人，女性14209人[2]。2024年末总人口为2.98万人，男性16335人，女性13541人，14岁以下5234人，65岁以上3311人[1]。居民以汉族为主[1]。

经济[edit]

茶叶是乡里的主要经济支柱，全乡有茶园2.5万多亩，2006年茶叶产量达1850吨，产值6600万元[2]。乡内生态茶园建设与茶叶制作工艺培训持续推进[2]。

食用菌在这里是重要的农业门类，年产鲜品1000多吨；全乡被确定为泉州市食用菌示范基地，并享有“食用菌之乡”的称呼[2]。淮山也是特色土产，年产鲜品近100吨[1]。已探明的高岭土质地白、储量大，主要分布在益溪和乌殊等村一带[2]。

乡内的团餐行业起步较早，政府网站称蓝田是「中国团餐之乡」的发祥地[1]。

文化[edit]

蓝田牌楼灯是当地的灯彩习俗，每年农历二月十五夜，各家在门前悬挂彩灯，再集中到瑞云桥旁的天竺亭点灯，然后绕村巡游[1]。灯彩分为龙旗灯、凉伞灯、牌楼灯等类，以牌楼灯为“母灯”[1]。2006年11月，蓝田牌楼灯列为安溪县首批县级非物质文化遗产；2013年，泉州市人民政府将其定为该市第四批市级非遗代表性项目，2016年项目名称规范为「泉州灯会（蓝田牌楼灯）」[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

乡内的文物古迹以瑞云桥和白云亭最具代表性，两者都是安溪县文物重点保护单位[2]。

瑞云桥位于进德村溪水口，是石木结构的长廊式亭桥，桥中设天竺亭，始建于南宋度宗咸淳元年（1265年）。书法家张瑞图（晋江人，明代）曾到此游览，并题写“津梁大千”匾额，悬挂于亭中[1][2][5]。

白云亭位于内春村境内，建在尚卿通往岭头的古官道边，始建于宋代。亭中尚存宋代遗物，并有张瑞图题写的“白云自在”匾额。该亭于1994年7月经安溪县人民政府核定，纳入第四批县级文物保护单位[1][6]。

宝云殿位于蓝田村凤冠山顶，建造年代可上溯到明弘治九年（1496年），殿内供奉五谷帝仙等神像。殿中向来有求梦的习俗，相传顺治六年（1649年）李光地与母亲前来求梦，此后他勤学不辍，终为康熙年间的重臣[2]。

此外，尚忠村的福顶岩供南海观音，乌殊村的水美宫供正顺尊王和康王元帅，黄柏村的同宜祠供关帝和七贤颜夫子，乌土村的显赫宫与安福堂，各见所在村的条目[2]。
