地名与地貌[edit]
村北的目场一带山峰环列，中间有湖，形如五匹马争食一槽，民间称“五马争槽”。目场包括楼仔内、古里格、东山格、大墓格四个自然村，因山口众多、形似“目”字而得名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年设官桥公社龙美大队，1965年划归龙门公社，1984年改设龙美村委会。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
目场造枪场为中华民国时期的建筑，属县级文物保护单位。[3]
