莲美村属福建省泉州市安溪县官桥镇。村中多产莲花，景致秀美，村名因此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，唐代时林珊随父亲由永春迁居此地，在大洋井兜建屋，后世称其居所为金紫祠。宋时地名为莲沟尾，到明清又改作莲兜美。[1]
民国时此地一分为二，称莲东、莲西两保，其后复合为一保。1961年归官桥公社管辖；1982年4月，莲美分出莲兜美生产大队；1984年起称官桥镇莲美村。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
林珊墓在村中深顶角落，年代为唐，为县级文物保护单位。[1]
