后溪村位于湖头镇。村后有一条溪，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期此地属修仁乡感化里。1958年设湖头公社后溪大队。1984年，这里成为后溪村，隶属湖头乡；1987年随乡改镇，名称定为湖头镇后溪村，并设村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年10月，村入选2022年淘宝村名单。2022年1月，村被认定为「安溪县2020-2021年度文明村镇」。[1]
