历史沿革[edit]
民国至1957年，洪流属海三区七联乡。1958年始设管理区，1961年为大队，1984年设乡政府，1999年改设洪流村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
洪流村被认定为「广东省第三批百千万工程典型村镇」（2026年3月）。洪流村入选「湛江市2020年度全市文明村」（2021年1月公布）。洪流村入选「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」（2019年9月公布）。[1]
