早年居民多在凤冠山麓建房居住，社区因此得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1995年设居委会，2004年改称凤山社区。[1]

荣誉[edit]

凤山社区于2021年8月入选「2021年全国示范性老年友好型社区」，名单由国家卫生健康委老龄司公布。[1]
