蓝田村在惠安县西部的山区之中，与洛江区的河市镇相连，行政上属紫山镇。村子所在的盆地狭长，形状似船，村中旧称「田船」，后改称蓝田。[1][2]

地名与沿革[edit]

据说很久以前，村前有一条河直通大海，船只可以航行，当地人因此称之为「田船」。泥沙淤积、村民围田造地之后，河道变成了溪流。后来有人想到唐诗中的「蓝田日暖，玉生烟」，遂以「蓝田」为村名。[1]

元明时这里隶属惠安县的行满民安里十七都，清代归黄田铺十七都，民国时称民安方蓝田保。新中国成立初期到1958年9月，村子属黄塘区的蓝田乡。[1]

其后村子划入东红公社，1961年冬成为黄塘公社下的蓝田大队，1985年又改称生产大队。1999年，村委会随紫山镇设立而归紫山镇管辖。[1][2]

物产[edit]

村中盛产余甘。1987年，蓝田一带的余甘被认定为「全国名、特、优果品」，1993年又获林业部评定。2022年12月，福建省农业农村厅将蓝田村确定为「2022年度福建省一村一品专业村（余甘）」。[1][2]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中公路旁有一座革命烈士陵园，已作为爱国主义教育基地。村里还有顶堡宫、中堡宫、下堡宫三座坐南向北的宫庙。[2]
