先锋村是福建省泉州市泉港区南埔镇下辖的行政村，位于镇境东北部，北面与沙格村、肖厝村相邻，南面紧接炼化一体化的厂区。村内有10个自然村，主村为西龙自然村。1984年改称先锋村。[1]

地理交通[edit]

先锋村东至岩山西麓，西面与邱厝村、柯厝村相接，通港路经过村子西侧。地势属丘陵，平均海拔约50米。北面为滨海大道，距沈海高速泉港互通口约14千米。[1]

人口[edit]

这10个自然村中，西龙为主村，其余为丁龙、刘厝、前亭、枫厝、港墘、林头、前厝、前埔山和新村。村内设21个村民小组，共2302户，8153人（2021年），其中男性4140人，女性4013人。[1]

2021年常住人口5023人。60岁及以上的有1027人，占20.4%；外出流动人口3130人，占全村人口的38.4%，主要去往泉州和厦门，多从事务工。村中以林姓和张姓为多。[1]

土地[edit]

土地总面积2.2平方千米。耕地约1100亩，水田占460亩；人均耕地为0.135亩。实际耕种的只有80亩，另有1020亩耕地已流转。山地36亩，森林覆盖率20%。[1]

沿革[edit]

明万历年间（1573年至1620年），今村内的前亭、丁龙、西龙、枫厝等自然村分属峰前铺，港墘分属仙塘铺，林头分属东林铺；刘厝与前厝当时尚无村落。清代，这些村落又分属梅峰铺、仙塘铺和东林铺。[1]

民国时期隶属梅东乡管镇，乡公所曾设在本村西庵。1947年，村中几个主要村落合称梅东乡青龙保。解放后，村子先后归入忠孝乡与忠青乡。1956年组建先锋高级社，两年后设先锋大队，归南埔公社管辖；1984年才改名先锋村。[1]

村内的后坑仔自然村原名后坑店仔，因炼油厂建设而迁移，现名新村。[1]

民间信仰[edit]

西龙自然村和刘厝自然村各有一座庙。西龙供奉社宫夫人，每年农历十月十五为进香期；刘厝供奉妈祖，每年三月二十三为进香期，全村老少与周边信众都来进香。[1]
