大布村位于泰宁县大龙乡境内，是全乡的集镇所在地，乡政府驻于村内的大布街。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历与河道有关：村前河道转弯处冲积出一片大沙洲，原称「大埠洲」，后以谐音写作「大布」。[1]

明代以前此地属崇礼乡大田里，洪武元年（1368）起分隶善溪上保与善溪下保。民国初年至1931年间，村属南乡。[2]

1931年后的苏维埃时期，本地设官丘坊乡苏维埃政府，归龙安区管辖；1934年6月改属三区，1940年并入龙善乡。[2]

新中国成立后，1950年末至1951年末设大布乡政府，归五区；1954年一度分为两乡，1956年划入大布区。1958年设大布生产大队，归万能公社，1959年转属大布公社。1984年改设村民委员会，属大布乡；2005年起划归大龙乡。[2]

泰宁县第一批地名保护名录将本村列为百年以上古村落地名，其中部分内容见于清乾隆《泰宁县志》。[5]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内有清代建造的大布石仙寺，已列入第三次全国文物普查登记的不可移动文物。[4]

文化[edit]

本村2011年曾获「福建省巾帼示范基地」称号，2009年至2011年度为市级文明村；2021年11月被命名为2021年「福建省卫生村」，2022年10月被认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]

2024年7月，本村获评2023年度三明市达标「六无」村（社区）。[1]
