洋山村位于开善乡西南部，距乡政府约12公里，距县城约31公里。村名取自地处大山之中、山坳里的一片平地。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋元时期，此地属崇礼乡高平里的开善下保。民国初年属南乡，1934年改属三区，1940年归开永乡。[3]

解放后一度设乡，1958年改为生产大队，归冲天公社管辖，1959年划归儒坊公社。1980年后归开善公社，1984年9月转为村民委员会。[3]

经济[edit]

村中以粮食、烟叶与毛竹为主业，村里还有历史悠久的红豆杉树。[1][2]

名胜古迹[edit]

神下余氏民居建于1962年，属近现代建筑，位于神下自然村。2013年文物普查名录将其列在洋山行政村名下。[4]

荣誉[edit]

2024年7月，洋山村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」，同年又被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
