吉安村位于尤溪县东南边陲，中仙镇东南部，东面与永泰县接壤，村部设在友溪自然村。[1][2]

村名由原属本村的两个自然村名各取首字而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时此处属尤溪县二十二都。解放初设吉安乡；1958年才建起吉安大队，1984年大队转为吉安村，并设村委会。[1]

民族[edit]

前坪自然村住有蓝姓畲族，是镇内少数民族的聚居地。[2]

经济[edit]

村中林业用地广阔，毛竹是经济的支柱，竹农加工竹地板、笋干和罐头。村里的原木产量在镇内居首。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村内的触天仑海拔1215米，是镇内的最高峰，山顶地势开阔平坦。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

友溪自然村水尾有一座明代石拱桥，历经沧桑仍保存完好。[2]

距水库下游约2千米处的龙门潭，上下两潭相依，水流冲入潭中时发出闷雷般的响声。[2]

荣誉[edit]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月确定吉安村为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

2024年7月，村庄被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
