东上村位于管前镇东南部，距镇政府约3.5千米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时归属三都，民国时隶属常平乡进溪里；解放初设东上乡，1958年设东上大队，1984年起称东上村，村级组织为村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2006年，村子被评为市级文明村。[2]

2021年6月，「福建省第四批省级传统村落」名单公布，东上村榜上有名。2021年11月，本村获评「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

2022年10月，本村列入「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」名单。2024年7月，本村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
