华村位于南阳乡东部，距乡政府约1.5千米，原称华山保，后简称华村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

据百度百科，明代《嘉靖重修沙县志》记此地在「七都洋」的洋头，旧称村头，后改称华村。[3]

此地旧属延平府沙县洛阳里七都，民国时称潮阳乡华山保。1958年设南阳公社华村大队，1984年改设南阳乡华村村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

村中的罗氏自宋代开基祖迁居此地起，繁衍已逾三十世，现存《闽沙华村罗氏族谱》。[3]

2021年沙县撤县设区，本村随之划归沙县区南阳乡管辖。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

罗岩庙依罗岩山腰而建，庙内供奉蛇神，俗称罗岩太保，为县级文物保护单位；庙前古道旁有落马亭，是旧时文武官员休憩的地方。[4]

村中古迹另有罗金秦公祖祠堂。[2]

罗岩古道在本村境内，属于文物普查的新发现项目（2026年）。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2022年10月，省农业农村厅将本村认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]

2023年12月，本村被认定为「2023年度福建省一村一品专业村」，主打罗岩山系列产品。[1]
