金沙社区是凤岗街道下辖的社区，2021年9月由原长富社区析置而成。社区北界为龙笔山，西界为马岩路，东面靠东溪，南面以高速公路为界，面积约10.40平方千米，辖9个小区。[1][2]

流动人口约2295人，常住人口7318人。社区划分为6个网格进行精细化管理，有工作人员6名、社区志愿者106人。[1]

社区建设[edit]

社区实行党支部领导，围绕居委会、驻区单位、民间组织和群团组织建立共建工作机制，并开设乐龄学堂，依托居家养老服务站关爱空巢老人和留守儿童。[1]
