下坑村是福建省三明市三元区洋溪镇下辖的行政村，位于锣拔顶南面的山脚下，辖六个自然村。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

村名原作夏坑。1954年划乡时，公章误将“夏”字刻成“下”字，此后便改称下坑。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村地原属沙县十九都，1949年后为洋溪区的文坑乡，1958年后归洋溪公社管辖。[1]

1983年自沙县划归梅列区，归洋溪办事处管辖；1987年设洋溪乡下坑村村委会，2011年又改属洋溪镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

下坑村于2022年12月获福建省绿化委员会命名为「2022年福建省森林村庄」。[1]
