凤山社区位于东孚街道西北部，西邻洪塘村，东边与集美区灌口一带接壤，是一个历史较长的社区。[1]

社区辖区面积约3.1平方千米，原为凤山村，2013年11月改为社区，以苏姓居民为主。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

据考，宋代此地已有聚落，其前身称「枫尾山」。它历来是官员与商旅往来的古道和驿站所在。[1]

早年此地属积善里湖浦保，抗战期间归鼎山乡贞岱保凤尾山村管辖。1955年并入鼎美乡，1958年起属东孚公社凤山大队。1984年改称东孚乡凤山村委会，2013年转为社区。[1][2]

人口民族[edit]

村民以苏姓为主，相传为北宋苏颂的后人。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

社区内的万善堂始建于宋代，堂中供奉南海观音、地藏王等神灵。长安楼建于宋代，至今保存完好，是列为文化保护的建筑。[1]

荣誉[edit]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月授予凤山社区「2021年福建省卫生社区」称号。2025年12月，凤山社区上榜「2025年福建省儿童友好社区」名单。[1]
