井边村位于福建省福州市平潭县海坛街道中部，原属澳前镇。全村由下井、中井、西井三个自然村组成，共有315户，人口1218人。村民以农业和外出务工为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2013年，因政府征地，村民被迫搬迁，村委会目前租用城关万豪作为临时办公室，新的村部尚待确定。[1]
