大玉口社区是镇政府所在的居民委员会，地处大玉口镇东部，属封开县。博雅地名网记其面积约16.25平方公里，总人口3939人（年份未注），分24个村民小组。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
新中国成立初期设乡民会，之后依次经乡政府、初级社、高级社，1958年为生产大队；1987年称村民委员会，到2002年，因镇政府驻在此地，改为居民委员会，延续至今。[1]
名称与镇名一致，来由见镇条：山连如龙、青碧如玉，进山处名龙门，后称大玉口。[1]
经济[edit]
陆路与西线公路相接，水路可通南丰圩镇。当地水面多，居民养鱼，有网箱和鱼塘两种，塘基上又养猪、鸡、鸭。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2026年1月获评「广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村」。[1]
