上和村在霞拔乡北部，距乡政府约2公里，东北与闽清县接壤，西邻长中村与锦安村，南面与霞拔村交界。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

早年此地属永福县三十都和平乡。明朝宣德元年（1426年），始祖积公自大田县宋京村迁来，在此定居繁衍。[1]

古迹与山峰[edit]

村内现存一座清代民居寨堡，石墙、石门，结构牢固，是全村仅存的古建筑。村北的分流寨山为全乡最高峰，山顶视野开阔，可俯瞰全乡。[1]

产业[edit]

物产以李果、柑桔、茶叶、生姜为主，境内瓷土资源丰富。近年来村民发展草编加工，产品出口香港与东南亚。[1]

文化[edit]

永泰县人民政府网2024年7月的报道称，上和村以「永泰博士第一村」作为本乡“博士文化”的依托。[2]
