先锋村位于长庆镇东北部，是镇内第一大行政村，距县城78公里，与闽清县上莲乡隔山相望。村中土地宜于种林、竹与果树，瓷土与高岭土资源丰富。[1][2]

先锋村全村土地面积11.1平方公里，辖4个自然村、26个村民小组。东面与闽清县上莲乡上丰村一山之隔，北面与上莲乡相邻，西、南两面与莲峰村相连。[1][2]

物产[edit]

境内盛产瓷土与高岭土，村民开采后既供应镇内瓷业所需，也向邻县出售。村中土壤适宜种植林木、竹子与果树。[1]

工业[edit]

村里创办了两个电瓷厂与一个电瓷装配厂，产品销往全国各地及韩国等地。部分村民外出经商，主要经营食品、农副产品、建筑材料与餐饮服务。[1]
