村尾村隶属福建省福州市永泰县清凉镇，位于镇的西北部。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1992年改称清凉镇村尾村民委员会，1984年时为清凉乡村尾村民委员会。1961年改为清凉人民公社村尾生产大队，1958年时属城关公社清凉管理区。清代属中和乡新丰里十八都。[1]

2021年11月，村庄获评「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域东邻北斗村，西与城峰镇沤星村相连，南与清凉村相接，北与渔溪村相连。耕地1220亩，林地13460亩，其中竹林1800亩，以篓竹为主。村境内有黄坑头青石矿，并有祝寅电站，可开发装机容量100千瓦。村周边有仙岩、黄坑俚、白鸿岩等旅游资源。[2]
