溪西村处在葛岭镇的西部。东与九老村为邻，西侧接连东星村与小洲村，南面与王布村接壤，北面与丹云乡的次云村相连。村中有十五个小村落。[1][2]

村内有三岛观音亭、山西境、保峰境、禄谷境等古建筑，村旁有龙潭瀑布。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

清代为丰和乡保安里七都，民国时划入东区。1961年并入葛岭人民公社，成为溪西大队；1984年改设葛岭乡后称溪西村委会；1992年乡改镇，村委会改属葛岭镇。[1]
