罗山村位于福建省福州市闽清县下祝乡东部，距乡政府约5公里，全村面积4.2平方千米。[1]

村名的来历是：该村原由罗桥与后山两个自然村合并而成，1977年设立大队时，从两处村名中各取一字，定名为「罗山」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代归奉政乡安仁里；元代为十九都之下的罗桥村，明代与二十都等合为一图，清代属怀德乡罗桥村，民国时属杉村祝岭保。[1]

1952年归后岭乡，1956年合入洋头乡，1961年划归下祝公社后岭大队，1977年另立罗山大队。1984年乡政府成立后，罗山成为乡属村委会。[1]
